Binge Stuff or Mom Stuff?

This whole blog thing is a tricky business.  I've never done it before, but somehow I feel like I have to be awesome and perfect at it right away.  One of the hardest parts for me...
was coming up with the blog title. It's the first thing I had to write and is supposed to sum up the blog's entire thrust and tone in a few choice words.  But how are you supposed to come up with the perfect title if you haven't even written anything yet?  This was my dilemma.

So, I chose "binge, pray, love" and started posting.  My posts started out mommy-focused and then turned more food/binge-related as the need arose.  They got a few hits and I was excited.  I recently wrote a mommy post and was so sad to see, it got no hits!   Instant strife and confusion arose within me. Immediately I thought, "What am I doing wrong?" In an effort to "fix" this, I decided to change the title of my blog to reach folks who were also moms.  More strife and confusion arose.

Eventually, I resolved that what I really needed to do was just write.  Whether it happens to be about food or mom-stuff, my job is to write my truth in whatever subject may come up.  If anyone feels a connection with the blog or post titles and wants to read, that's wonderful.  But, that part is not up to me.  :)
